Internal Audit

ISO 27001 requires your ISMS to be independently audited before certification and at intervals after. For companies whose ISMS we didn't build, Stenward conducts that internal audit — execution against the standard, findings documented and classified, a clear report, and remediation recommendations.

Pre-Audit Readiness Check

Built your own ISMS, often on a platform, and want senior eyes before the real audit? We review your documentation, Statement of Applicability, and evidence, identify the findings an auditor is likely to raise, and hand you a prioritised fix-list — so you walk into your audit confident.

Note: For clients whose ISMS we build, we coordinate the internal audit through a trusted independent partner — the standard requires independence, so we can't audit our own work.

Both are short, focused engagements designed to de-risk your certification.
